ANKAAHOMES, S.L., under the trade name ANKA Capital, is the controller of personal data provided through this website.

2. Data processed

We may process data provided directly by the user through forms, communications or access requests, including identification and contact details, professional information and data relating to their interests, experience, preferences or criteria regarding the services or transactions they may be interested in.

Specifically, the access form available on this website collects:

• First name and surname.
• Email address.
• Telephone number, including the international dialling code.
• Country.
• Investment range, primary objective, strategic interests, asset focus and investment experience.
• Any additional notes the user chooses to include.

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, the IP address from which the form is submitted and the date and time of submission are also recorded.

Separately, the off-market community access form available on the campaign pages collects name, email address, telephone number with its dialling code, and investor profile. That form is hosted by our CRM provider and the data is received directly in that system. By providing it, the user expressly agrees to be contacted by WhatsApp and by email with opportunities and related information.

We may also process information generated as a result of communications or of the professional, pre-contractual or contractual relationship maintained with ANKA Capital.

Data may be processed in order to:

• Resend, Inc., as email delivery provider, which uses Amazon Web Services infrastructure (Amazon SES) in the Ireland region to deliver the notification generated by the form.
• HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel), as provider of the customer relationship management (CRM) system in which requests submitted through the off-market community form are received and managed. This provider is established in the United States.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., in connection with advertising campaign measurement, only where the user has expressly accepted advertising cookies.
• Unsplash, Inc., whose image service is used to display certain photographs on the website. Loading those images means the user’s browser connects to that provider’s servers, which may process the IP address for the technical purpose of serving the content.

Data may also be disclosed where there is a legal obligation or where necessary to manage a contractual relationship or a service requested by the data subject, in accordance with applicable law.

7. International transfers

Some technology providers used by ANKAAHOMES, S.L. may be located outside the European Economic Area or may process information outside it.

Where international transfers of personal data take place, the safeguards and mechanisms required by applicable law will be applied, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
