What are cookies?

Managing consent
When accessing the website, the user may accept, reject or configure non-necessary cookies. The accept and reject options are presented with the same format and prominence.

The cookies in the advertising category correspond to the Meta pixel, used to measure ANKA Capital advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. These cookies are only installed if the user expressly accepts the advertising category. If the user does not accept it, the pixel is not loaded and none of these cookies are set.
The off-market community access form, available only on the campaign pages, is hosted by our CRM provider and embedded as third-party content. It does not load automatically: it is shown only once the user has accepted cookies, or when the user explicitly requests it using the button provided. Until then, no connection to that provider is established.
The website does not currently use web analytics tools, tag managers or automated chat systems. Fonts are served from our own server, so loading them does not involve any connection to external providers.
Third-party cookies
Where third-party services are used, those parties may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with the preferences selected by the user and applicable law.
Certain images on the website are served from the Unsplash platform. Loading them does not install cookies, although it does involve a technical connection to the provider’s servers, which may process the user’s IP address in order to deliver the requested content.
The WhatsApp contact button is an external link: it does not load any third-party component into this website and only opens the WhatsApp application or site if the user clicks it.
Updates
ANKAAHOMES, S.L. may amend this Cookie Policy as a result of legal or technical changes, or changes in the services used by the website.
Where new cookies requiring consent are introduced, the user’s consent will be requested again.
